Welcome to West Coast Reflexology Clinic & School

West Coast Reflexology Studio & School, located in Victoria, B.C., is owned and operated by Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) and Licensed Canadian Reflexology Teacher (LCRT) Michele Mork. Operating from a private studio, Michele offers a more personalized and tranquil experience, providing foot, facial and myofascial reflexology, hot stone therapy, along with professional training programs for those pursuing certification in reflexology.

Please note: West Coast Reflexology Studio & School will be relocating from Empowering Health Clinic to a private studio at 151 Sims Avenue. The clinic location will close on April 29, and the new studio will officially open on June 1.

Vacation Notice: Michele will be away (and offline) on a family vacation from April 29 through June 1, 2026. What is Reflexology?

Reflexology therapies [foot, face, ear, myofascial an hot stone] are natural therapeutic methods derived on the principles that there are reflexes in the body that map to other parts, glands, and organs. By applying targeted pressure to these reflex points, reflexology aims to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function optimally.

Reflexology therapy may help to:

Promote relaxation
Support overall physiological function

It is commonly used to assist in managing a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal discomfort, myofascial tension, insomnia, anxiety, stress, as well as hormonal and digestive imbalances.
