New 2021 Winter Foot & Core Course Dates

Due to the current Covid 19 numbers I have decided to offer a course in January that will have the practical in person portion later in the year. Hopefully our numbers will be a bit more under control and travel will feel safer.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Join me this winter for the virtual/online training program along with a 3 day practical hands on training for the Core & Foot Reflexology certification.

Course Details:

  • 7 week online / virtual training program with instructor***
  • 2 hours weekly, (Mondays 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm PST)
  • One 3-day in class/onsite practical training session in Victoria, BC. (Friday March 5th , Saturday March 6th, Sunday March 7th 2021)
  • Start studying today! Receive manual, workbook and 2 charts upon registration / $500.00 deposit
  • Self paced study: Minimum 50 Case Studies after practical training
  • Written exam: Sunday March 7, 2021 at 10am – Noon
  • Practical exam: After completion of 50 case studies – set at your own pace
  • Upon completion of the course you will receive a West Coast Reflexology Core and Foot Reflexology certificate.
  • START DATE: Winter 2021 Online Course begins Monday January 4th at 6:30 p.m.

Join Michele Mork, Licensed Canadian Reflexology Teacher, LCRT & full time practicing Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist, RCRT for weekly 2- hour virtual meetings on Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (PST) where you will learn about Reflexology Theory, Anatomy & Physiology and Systems of the Body. This is the Core course with the Reflexology Association of Canada, RAC
.
The next step is to complete the practical Foot class in Victoria B.C. on Friday, March 5th, Saturday March 6th, and Sunday March 7th, 2021 for the hands on training where you will practice the Foot sequence training, while reviewing theory, complete 6 reflexology treatments (with supervision) and take the written theoretical exam on Sunday morning.

The next step is for you to continue your practical studies with completing 25 case studies (giving 25 foot treatments and documenting). The class will meet virtually for a review class. The date will be determined by the class. Once your case studies have been reviewed, you will continue with your practical self paced practical studies.

After you have completed a minimum of 50 case studies you may book your practical exam with Michele. Upon a successful practical exam you will receive a Core & Foot Reflexology certification from West Coast Reflexology. To receive your RCRT designation you are required an additional exam thru RAC. https://www.reflexologycanada.org/en/rcrt-exam/

TUITION COST: $1795 + GST
($500 deposit required to secure your spot. Tuition can be paid in lump-sum or instalments)

Introducing The Reflexology Experience

As you may know already,  I am in the middle of moving to my new studio location now in Cook Street Village. The new studio is called “The Reflexology Experience” and is located at #4-313 Cook Street, Victoria B.C.

We are just putting the finishing touches on the new space and I will be starting to treat clients there shortly. New services and additional staff will also be part of the new space. More details coming soon!

Facial Reflexology Dien Chan Certification Course

Multireflexology is an integrated system of acupuncture, TCM, acupressure and reflexology.  The course instruction includes the discovery and clearing of reflex and energy blockages, facial lymphatic massage, stimulation techniques with multireflex tools and building beauty protocols for clients (wrinkle reduction, scar treatment, skin toning, sun spots, cellulite, etc).  This program is a perfect holistic compliment for estheticians and health professionals to add to their existing training and services.  Students completing the 3-day course will receive certification in DienChan’reflex (Module I) + Chan’beaute from the International School of Multireflexology – Dien Chan (EiMDC)

INSTRUCTOR: Erica Layton is a certified EiMDC instructor and therapist from Calgary, AB.  She has been teaching the multireflexology program since 2016 and is North America’s only trained instructor.  Erica brings a diverse experience to the Dien Chan program, she is a foot reflexology instructor and therapist, certified nutrionist, reiki master and personal trainer.
