Mother-Fest is coming! Mother-Fest is an annual Celebration of Moms at Mothering Touch. Every year on the Friday before Mothers’ Day, they invite all sorts of practitioners – massage therapists, reflexologists (ME!), acupuncturists, estheticians, naturopaths, physiotherapists, a body-painter, a photographer, to offer quick 12-minute services for $5 each.
They have live music from local musicians, and lovely snacks from Patisserie Daniel, and 20% off everything in the store. There is even Valet Stroller Parking and doulas to hold babies while moms have treatments. There will be a raffle with draws each hour for prizes from our suppliers, so you might win something too.
This is a party for all mothers. Bring your pregnant friend, the one who had just had her baby and doesn’t know how to get out and have fun, the one who has three kids and needs to get away for a couple of hours, even your own (slightly) older mom! Come and shop, and eat, and sit around, and chat, and get a massage.
See you there! ~Eva
